South Hero Historical Society. Presentation about the rich heritage of Contentment Farm and the Yates family, who have been an integral part of the South Hero community since 1953. Attendees will have the unique opportunity to hear firsthand accounts from the children of Bob and Marcella Yates. They will share memories of the farm's early days, tracing its evolution from a bustling dairy operation—which concluded in 1967—to its beginnings as a beloved horse farm and more.
